Session 1: Herbal consultation
I work with female clients on an individual basis to design a treatment plan that combines herbal medicine, traditional spiritual healing methods and sacred nourishment to connect and rebalance the mind, body and spirit.I conduct a thorough evaluation and listen to your health and lifestyle concerns in a safe, confidential environment in order to put together an herbal treatment plan and protocol.
*Custom tea formulas that will speed up your healing process and help you reach your goals will be charged separately.Most clients go home with a 4oz custom tea blend ($20)
Note: This is not required and we can change this up if needed.
Session 2: Sacred Nourishment (Food as Medicine)
The second session focuses on food as medicine and holding sacred space for nourishing our bodies.This session includes learning the medicinal properties of common kitchen herbs (many of which you are already using), as well as how to prepare quick, easy meals and snacks that focus on nutrient density, cost effectiveness and taste. By incorporating purpose and intention while preparing food, your ideas and attitudes about this seemingly mundane task will take on a greater meaning.
Prior to our first meeting I will send an intake form for you to fill out so I am able to review it before we meet.My gift to you is a 2oz. bag of Nutritive Tea to help you get rooted in the tradition.
2 Session Package
After purchasing your 2 Session Package, I will contact you from the email listed in your purchase info and connect on a date and time for our first meeting.
Prior to the first meeting an intake form needs to be filled out and sent back to me 48 hours before the meeting*.
*If the intake form is not filled out and sent 48 hours beforehand, a rescheduling fee of $20 will be implemented. By purchasing this session you are agreeing to these terms.
Sessions are available for in person meetings, at a mutally agreed upon location, as well as virtual.
