I have been drawn to plants for as long as I can remember, constantly seeking them out in my urban environments as a child while longing to be in the forests of the novels I read . This curiosity developed into a full-blown love affair when I began devouring any material I could about natural health and natural remedies for ailments as a teenager. I loved unwinding the mystery of how these wondrous plants could help others and myself to live healthier, more connected lives. As a young adult, I used this growing knowledge to lovingly concoct home remedies and rituals for both friends and myself and continued to seek out more information about different herbs and what they were used for medicinally, nutritionally and spiritually.

It was second nature for me to share informational anecdotes regarding what I was learning, and it confirmed for me that this was the way I wanted to help others. My journey has been a winding road, but in 2012 I decided to take my passion to the next level and make it my career. I became certified as an herbalist, studying both eastern and western herbalism in addition to traditional spiritual plant practices and rituals. I am passionate about teaching women how they can experience the magic of plants and nature in any environment, while providing affordable and accessible products and services.
